KinoFou is a blog about film authored by Kristen McFarland.
From Cincinnati, Ohio, Kristen has always been passionate about the cinema and filmmaking. She took film studies courses while undergoing her electronic media and animation degrees in addition to studying motion pictures for two years. Her favorite genres include horror and film noir.
She can be found in the special feature documentary Friday's Legacy: Horror Conventions which is on the Deluxe edition and blu-ray of Friday the 13th: Part II.
This blog is mostly comprised of film reviews (the serious and the not-so serious), trailers that Kristen finds interesting (or not so much), and all things related. Occasionally her own film work may spotlight.
Kristen also writes for the Vegan news blog, This Dish is Veg and moonlights as a sideshow performer under the name Hannah Bel.
